“I am incredibly disappointed in the Seeking website. I got banned for no reason. A man reported me because I rejected him for sending me sexual and inappropriate comments. I reported him and instead got banned. I was shocked and beyond upset. When I reported someone for making nasty comments, I expected support from Seeking, but rather, I got thrown under the bus. According to their site, there has been a trend of false reports, and I, unfortunately, fell into that trend. I emailed seeking customer service and have not heard back. I explained to them that the ban reason was false and I was a victim of retaliation from this particular user. I would like my account reinstated and am willing to provide all documentation needed. I have not once violated Seeking's policies and rules. Again, extremely upset and frustrated with communication, investigation of reports, and customer service. I did absolutely nothing wrong.”

“I purchased a diamond membership to stand out. Unfortunately, the number of scammers and timewasters on here is atrocious. I have had four real potentials in about sixty messages and two no-shows/meets. Photos are fake for a lot of them. There appears to be little in the way of screening. New profiles are created and then disappear in a day or two. Seeking has been a massive disappointment. I will be canceling my subscription. Take the hit of a few weeks of lost time.”

“Someone created a fake profile using my email address, and no verification came from my email. This caused interested parties to respond to my profile, and my significant other saw the email notifications. Zoosk customer care has refused to respond to my open ticket on this. I will be suing you for defamation. It is not ok that you allow profiles without verification.”

“I paid a lot for an elite singles membership and realized that almost everyone on there is a scammer within ten days. The few “real” people were not “elite” as promised. They market to busy, educated professionals, but most seem to be people with high school diplomas or non-professionals. Additionally, no one in my area despite living near a major city. Unbelievable. I asked for a refund. Zoosk denied. Really, really bad.”
