“Good start. Bad end. Started off well by trusting it might be for me. Immediately ‘met' a ‘lovely lady' and was well on the way to building something UNTIL I asked her to chat on WhatsApp. This was instantly stonewalled. Next I found that I continuously needed to top up credits. It cost too much for what I was getting but I managed to stop on time to make it bearable. I immediately suspended my profile and after reading these reviews I'm glad I did. I found it to be a cash scam.”

“It is an awful experience being manipulated by some poor quality AI bot and having no recourse to customer service. The fake profiles abound, and the matching of suitable partners is nonsense. It was difficult to find out anything about the men. I inadvertently signed on a subscription and having no means of checking that I am now unsubscribed I am anxiously watching my credit card statement just in case it didn't happen. It has been such a depressing experience.”

“I've been on a number of hookup sites, some very good ones like AFFDate.com and lots of mediocre sites. But my entire experience with Seeking was the worst. SeekingArrangement is such a low brow company. Price is definitely too much for what is available. You get a lot of phantom messages from fake profiles. You get to meet lots of time-wasters who ask you to send them money and surely they don't want to meet you. Normally you are suggested a few matches within 100 Mi of you. Since they are either fake or outdated or ridiculously inappropriate you decide to bow out. And that's when all the problems with canceling your membership start. To make a long story short it's easier to fly to Mars then to get your profile deleted from Seeking website.”

“Someone created a fake profile using my email address, and no verification came from my email. This caused interested parties to respond to my profile, and my significant other saw the email notifications. Zoosk customer care has refused to respond to my open ticket on this. I will be suing you for defamation. It is not ok that you allow profiles without verification.”
