How to get over heartbreak, the comic

I recently met Cherlyn Chong, 28, who lives in Singapore. She created this bittersweet comic about a recent hearbreak — which resonated with me and got the attention of HuffingtonPost and Upworthy. I want to share it with you.

Cherlyn says:
About 5 months ago, the love of my life broke up with me.
I was heartbroken, but instead of wallowing in self-pity, I became very determined to be happy.
So I decided to turn my pain into something really positive, and created this comic as a gesture of defiance, closure and expression of my feelings all rolled into one. Also, it’s a pretty nifty way to explain the breakup to my friends. =)
It was such a hit on the Internet, I decided to make a whole 30-Day Healing course based off of it, which has been very popular, and instrumental in helping many broken hearts with their pain (that’s what they’ve told me). =)
I hope my comic will help the readers feel just a little better, and I would just like to tell them that happiness, real happiness, really starts from you.
